‘THE CUT ‘

This project was a part of a brief that focused on the exploration of fashion and my idea was to combine two completely juxtaposed interpretations of it. The harsh and overtly masculine fashion of German Neue-Deutsch Harte band ‘Rammstein’, and the nostalgia and overtly ‘girly’ conventions of early 2000’s teen fashion magazines.

For this I created a fake fashion magazine known as- ‘The Cut’ which would focus on the fashion of different metal bands with Rammstein being the first. [2024]
